No confirmation

I have tried everything that I can think of so that the form submitter receives a confirmation message. I do receive the form, and the submitters email is in the From field, but still no confirmation.
I have attached a screen image of my e-mail settings. Can someone help me?

You need an "email" field somewhere in your form. Hover over the "Email receipt" help icon in the form setup (in your screenshot) and it will tell you what to do.

It is! Or at least I assume that is why the email address apears in the From field. Or am I missimg something here?

You might need to add a qualified name in the "Mail FROM" field on your screenshot. Something like: Mail FROM:

I'm using this function and the information in your screenshot is similar to mine, except for that.

Okay, I totally removed CK Forms and then reinstalled it, and still NO CONFIRMATION.

Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

When you say "I do receive the form" do you mean you're receiving an email sent to "[email protected]"?

I may have missed this but...how do you know confirmations are not being sent and/or received?
