CK Forms Renders a blank page

The other day it was working fine. Now all I get when I go to visit the page with the form is a blank white page. I have not changed anything in my settings that I can see. The only change I've made was to set up the cache to not be every 15 minutes I wanted it to update automatically so I turned it off. Other than that no changes. Can someone tell me why this is not working now?

I'm using a pretty recent CK forms but there is no version number on the one I'm using or I cannot find it. I'm also using Joomla 1.5. I must get this working.

Hi,

Could you check if the form you want to display is "published" in the form list in CKForm Admin.

Uhm yeah its published.

The code i used in the article window was:

{ckform MarketingConsulting} and I've checked it, its all correct. It was working and then for no reason it stopped.

I'm a newbie to CK Forms but I remember when I set up my first form it also didn't display because I referenced the form name incorrectly in the {ckform formname}.

Why not try to give the form a different name and see if that works? If it does but also shuts down after a while it could be the cache.

By the way, the first time I tried to load an article/webpage with a CK Form the McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5 software showed an alert that it picked up something in the browser cache. The form did load after I refreshed though so I have no idea what was the problem.

Hi,

Some questions to understand the problem :
- Did you activate the CKForms plug-in in Joomla Admin ?
- If you use the normal way to display the form (with a menu), there is a problem ?

You can send me the backup of your form (backup with CKForm admin) to contact address (info@cookex) and I'll analyse the problem.

Yes its activated.

I have no idea what you mean. I have the form set to display in an article that is what I need it to do, not show in a menu link.

I sent the copy for you to look at several days ago have you found the problem yet? I really need this hack to work on my site. I'm losing money because of this and I'll have no other option but to uninstall this and install something else soon.
