No data in database

My form stopped saving the data in de database. I'm using a form for hotelreservation, the first submissions went okay and were stored in the database. Today I received a new reservation but it was not in the database.

Version 1.3.3. build 3.

The form is still sending the email, so I can see that there's a booking, it just doesn't show in the database.

MySql 5.0.22
PhP 5.2.8

I think it happened after the upgrade to build 3

Update: My rubbish data (see topic) is also back after sending a form...
