Can't see my new saved form

Hello there,

I'm using CKforms 1.3.3, I have installed the component, module and plugin. Everything went fine and no error messages.
When I create a new form and give it a name and title and fill in the other field and push the save button, I got the message: form saved!
But the form isn't listed, so I can't edit the form.

Anybody any idea?
Help would be greatful.

Hallo,
Some additional information
I looked in the MySQL DB and found in the table jos_ckforms the saved forms.
So there must be sufficient permissions becausethe created forms were really saved, but don't show up in the listing in the component.

Tha database tables of your backup file are empties ! (nothing saved).

Could you try to create a new form with another name (very simple like aaaa) and tell me.

this is occurring only with mysql 4 ... mysql 5 work perfectly...

You're right, when I look with notepad inside the file, it is empty, but when I look in the table on the webserver with PHPMyAdmin I really see the stored data.
So I think the problem is that CKforms can't get the information out of the DB.
CKforms can write into the DB.
I have made a export from the forms table with PHPmyadmin. Now you will see 2 created forms.
I will send it to you by mail.

My profider is also running MySQL 4 , and will not change the version om my request.
