Menu not displaying

The form program runs beautifully except on the page displaying the form, the Main Menu does not display.

Hi,

there is a problem of compatibility between the the javascript framework of CKForms and the javascript framework of your template.
You use the release 1.2 of Mootools but the official release of Mootools for Joomla is 1.1.

CKForms works with Mootools 1.1.

But, I started to work to migrate CKForms on Joomla Mootools to avoid this kind of problems.
