blank page after sending

Questions and bug reports for current release of CKForms

blank page after sending

Postby kosee » Fri Oct 09, 2009 9:39 am

hi,
If I enter the wrong code in the field captcha, after pressing the button submits the form gives me a blank page and the form is not saved. If the field is empty captcha validation of the JS works fine.

how can I fix this?

Hi,

did you install the last release of CKForms (1.3.2) ?

If no, install it because I fixed this kind of problems.
If yes, tell me if you use a custom template (with Javascript).

"If I enter the wrong code in the field captcha, after pressing the button submits the form gives me a blank page and the form is not saved. "

The same problem.
I downloaded CKForms component 1.3.3 (build 1) 1 hour ago.

Just empty screen, when entered wrong captcha without any error message (even if "captcha error message" entered in form-editor).

Nevertheless, thank you for component.

Hi,

I fixed this problem and I published a new release of CKForms (1.3.3 build 3)

I published too a patch, if you don't want to reinstall the component.

The new release and the patch are available at :
http://cookex.eu/download/download.php

Don't forget to backup your CKForms data (see manual) before uninstall the previous release.
