We are having problems with the form not validating properly. When we were testing the website on our servers hosted at HostGator, the form worked. When we moved the website to servers at IPOWER, the form stopped working. You can enter blank information on the form (aside from CAPTCHA) and the form still submits.

Hi,
I think there is something wrong with the Javascript of your template.
In IE and Firefox there is a javascript error message. With Joomla template I have no problems.
