Send Button doenst send

Hello i got a problem with the CK Forms component, everything is installed correctly (atleast no error message appeared)
I created my form , which is quite easy and comfortable, i inserted the submit button and published the form.
Now its like this i tried the form but when i press (senden) submit button nothing happend, nothing is written into the database, no email is forwarded to my account etc.
i searched now like 8 hours to solve the problem , but so far noone had an idea .
