header problem with CK form

I have a site contain two page every one has assigned to their own header, I am using CK form which is allow only registered people to write in this form,
My problem is when the new visitor click the link to this CK form , joomla is giving him a message requesting the visitor to login in a site

To access the private area of this site, please log in

In this page none of each header appeared, because every one is assigned to their page, how I can assign any header to this page
