404 while sending data to the database

Hi everybody,

First of all, I'm french, so I will try to explain my problem the best I can.

I'm using CK Forms for a few hours now, under Joomla 1.5 which is installed on my computer running Ubuntu 10.10. I managed to install it with all its components and plugins and it's running good.
I managed to view my formular in front of my website, but, when I enter data and clic on 'send', I always get a 404 error... I have no idea where this problem might come from...

Could anyone help me with that please?
