submitted large files with file upload doesn't work

When i submit the form with a 3mb file, everything works fine.

When I submit the form with a 15mb file, it doesn't work. It seems like its working once i hit the submit button because it takes a few minutes for the conformation page to come up. I still receive an email saying there has been a new submission on the website, but all the fields are left blank (which i filled them all out) and there is not file attached or in the database.

Anyone else having this issue? Have you guys even tried to send a larger file?

My advanced settings for the file upload maximum size is left blank and i also tried it at: 100000000 (bites) = 100mb
