submit button problem

Hi there,

I have created a form and put in the submit button. however, when i click the submit button nothing happens. why is this?

I had the same problem. My first form I made worked fine, the second one I made, the submit button would do nothing. I copied the first form and then just changed the words around to make it work for the 2nd one. Follow these steps from the beginning.
