How do I add the form to every page of my site?

I am trying to add a "quick quote" form to the left side of every page of my site but am unable to do so. Usually for something like this, I go to module manager, new, and create a new module, but when I do that, I do not see an option for CKForms.

I would like to add the form right below "Business Doc Proofreading."

Please keep any instructions simple, as I am new to Jooma
