Form Data Not Saving in Database

Hi All,

I've set up my forms with the 'save result' set to 'yes'. But testing them doesn't save a result to the database for viewing and exporting. The rest of the form functions, emailing and such, work fine.

Does anyone have any pointers as to where I might start troubleshooting for a non-posted result?
