Redirect url error-Sorry, the code you entered was invalid

hi buddy,

i`m in a serious problem, can`t redirect the page after the form is submitted...

the page is redirecting when the url is "index.php"

but it shows "Sorry, the code you entered was invalid" when i change the "index.php" to any other location it shown error.........

i need help in this...

it took lots of time to find that my capcha is not working...

i just removed that from the form. Now its working perfectly...

Plz remove the capcha if your form throws any error....!!!!!!!!
