I have set up a form with 12 different checkbox choices, in the data and the email, the list of choices comes up as the titles in the data sheet, but there is no data which box has been checked. All the other fields work. Only the checkbox results are not visible in the data.
Can anyone help please ?

Same Problem here.
As far as I can see, the information is not stored in the database when submitting the form.

If you enter something in the VALUE field in the backend that value will be added if the box is checked
