No email to registree and attachment problem

Postby Remmie » Thu Sep 17, 2009 10:34 am

I have succesfully installed the CK forms in articles and am very happy with the possibilities and layout!

I have also finally got my mail function working and CK is sending the content of the form to my emailadress, but I encounter two problems:

1) When you fill in your emailaddress as a registered person it does not send mail to that address. Does this have to do that my global settings are set to PHP and not SMTP? (I could not get the SMTP function to work...)

2) When I attach a file ( for instance .txt) the mail is not send any more...

Does anyobody know the cause of these problems?

Regards,

Remmert

My mail just came in WITH attachment. So there was a delay...

Problem with the email that should be send to the registree still remains!

First of all, this extension is amazingly simple!

I too am experiencing a problem with the email to the registrant not working. I cannot see the data either even tho I've clicked the Save Result.

Hi,

Could you telle the name of your fields, mays be you use a MySQL reserved word (see help). This problem disappears in the next release.

Anyway try the new release (1.3.2) : http://ckforms.cookex.eu/download.php
Don't forget to backup your CKForms data (see manual).
