email authentication with ck forms?

does anybody know how i can configuration ck forms that the user who fills out the form get an email with an authentication what he/she had to klick.

a "normal" email authentication like community builder (users)

i hope u can help me!

nobody know how it works to send in email a link where the user clicks an the mail is approved??
