submit data but not insert into database

I've instaled successful ckform. But when i submit data i get message "submit form successed", it not insert into database? How to fix it

I installed ckformson mylocalserver(wamp)My problem is when i uploads,it displaying the message as ur form sent sucesfully but the file is not storing in database.
