Send result AS the user's email

Hey everyone! I love this component; it's really delivered on everything it promised. I have one question and I couldn't find an answer when looking around on here.

I'd like the form to email the results to a set email address. That part is easy and already done. The tricky part is that I'd like the form to be sent FROM the user who submitted the form, not one static address.

The form in question submits to a help desk question, which then replies to the person who submitted the ticket. Everything that's then done on the ticket (including closing it) is then emailed back to the original submitter. If the form only has one static "From" address, we lose all that functionality. Any thoughts?
