CCKforms- Cannot submit form - field type issue

Hi,

Before I get started I'll describe the dev environment.

MAC OS 10.4.11
Firefox 3.6.3
Safari 4.1
Linux Host
Joomla 1.5.15
CKforms 1.3.4

Ok, I've encountered a possible bug.
If I have a Number Field type that is 'required' and has a minimum value the form will not submit.
When I uncheck the required option and remove the minimum value the form submits.
Validation works fine though and the number field type can have a tool tip.

I went through and test all the other field types I needed on my form and its seems to be just the number type.

Has anyone else encountered this?
