date picker

I've checked the forums and did a google search but I am unable to come up with a solution. How do I add an a date picker to my form? Is this possible? I see messages about problems with the date picker but I don't see it as an option. I've installed the plug in and have the form successfully in my article (very nice and very easy by the way!). thanks for any help!

If you define a field type as a "text" and Text type as a "Date" next to it (in frontend) will automatically appear date-picker button.
