Problem: can only send this form only once

Dear all,

we have a form where several users filling in the form, get an error "you can send this form only once". Users use several computers but sometimes they have the same IP range. Is there a problem with the cache or another solution for this problem?

We use CKForms 1.3.3 b4 and Joomla 1.5.14.
