1.3.3.1 (Auto Publish Setting)

I have updated the 1.3.3 release to include the following feature:
- In the 'front-end display' tab there is now an option: Auto Publish
- Saving of new form data uses this parameter to set the 'published' field

I did this to prevent new entries to be displayed on the front-end by default. The admin first needs to approve the entry (publish) before it is shown on the front-end.

I also found a possible bug in the duplicate form routine as it did not copy the setting from the 'front-end display' tab to the new form. These fields now copy as well.

Not sure if these changes will make it into the official release, but I thought I share it with the rest of the world.
