Problem Validation Field no found

hello my problem is that when I send the form validates the required fields and send without filling the required fields.

Please help because I need not send until they are filled with all the required fields.

Note: I have tried in ie 7 and 8, Firefox 3.6 and Google Crome.

Im having the same problem. Only the Captcha error keeps coming up....but if I fill in the Captcha, all the other required fields that are blank allows the form to submit. I see this JS error code in Firefox.

Error: window.addEvent is not a function

That JS code is in the CKForms code....
