So, you can see CK Forms in the Component drop down menu, and your forms work correctly but you can only access them through a menu. But they are 'stand-alone', and you want to add more stuff to the page.
FYI: I downloaded and installed four related items from
http://ckforms.cookex.eu/download/download.php
1. CKForms component CKForms component 1.3.4 (build 2)
2. CKForms plug-in CKForms plug-in 1.3.4 (build 1)
3. CKForms plug-in data CKForms Data plug-in 1.3.4 (build 1)
4. CKForms module CKForms module 1.3.4 (build 1)
I put the contact module in another page. Here's how I did it*.
[*]This tip will only work if you have the plugin "Content - Load Module" enabled.
Step one: Publish the module(s) (or copies of the modules) to non-existent positions (e.g. instead of selecting position 'user1' type in the position 'myform'). Note: If you need the any f these modules to appear in another position, say for another article then simply make a copies of the modules and work with those.
Step two: Open the form in which you want the GoogleMaps module to appear and type {loadposition myform} where you want the form module to appear. Use the same technique for other modules, just replace 'myform' with the name of the non-existent position you specified in the module.
Somewhat advanced version: Make a table to position your module exactly where you want them. To float a module of to the right place your cursor in the document at the line where you want the box to appear. Create 2 row, 2 column table, set alignment to right, and the width to whatever works for you (35% ?). In the upper right hand cell add this text: {loadposition myform}
This works with any module, by the way. If you have a page and you want to add modules in a specific place that's not allowed with basic template positions.
Hope this helps.
