not working under field tab

Hello everyone,

I upgraded from 1.3.3 to 1.3.4, did the backup and restore which worked fine.

Now when I am in my fields area (new, edit etc.) I can't click on any of the other tabs (layout, advanced, help) besides general. I could click on these in the first version.

Does anyone think this a permissions problem?

this little issue sorted itself out overnight.
