comment box option

Ain't it possible to include an option in back-end form level, to give the possibility to allow people to post comments on detailed data like below:

(back-end)
CKForms
--Form (option to allow comments)
(front-end)
Data Entry
--Show Data (table)
---- Show Detailed data (Link to give comments in blog like format or that it drops down like xml drops down when you click the + or -)
