Add a few premade form fileds... ie states

It would be awesome if there was a "preset" type added to textfield/radio/select/etc. and in the preset there would be a few types like state50, states+territories, and it's a simple preset select drop down with all 50 states values equal to the abbreviation... AZ/AZ , CA/CA, NV/NV etc. I just had to make one today and man that would be a time saver. Another good preset would be countries, ah heck just pop them into CKforms pro addition and I'll gladly pay 20 bucks for them
