Hi,
I think an essential feature for this component is missing: the ability to choose who can see the forms (please see this topic: http://ckforms.cookex.eu/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=397) and even more important is to protect the results of surveys (the data), which are completely open to the public right know!!
