Bug with Duplicate Fields

Hi,
When I translate in Joomfish, just realised that there're so many duplicate fields as attached.

After testing around, I've come across the fields remain undeleted if we delete the forms directly. Earlier, I created a few forms and quite some fields of them are of the same name. Then I'd deleted the 2 forms straight-away and thus resulting in duplicate fields in Joomfish.

BTW, it's also a bit messy under the CKFields for CKForms since the fields listed are not grouped along with the respective forms like the way Polls:Options did. Furthermore, Under Label: Email receipt Text, the original is with Text Editor but now it only shows a line of text.

Anyway, this is a great plugin despite the defects.
