Problem with file upload

Hi,

I am using CKForms for my site and am finding it great to work with so far. However, i've run into a small error.

I have a file upload option but the form wont save the file on my server. I've pointed to it in 'Advanced' and chmodded it to 777 but it wont upload for some reason.

Any ideas?
