User email on receiving the form?

Hi and thanks for this extension, I have done it quickly and nicely BUT I have a problem in showing the user input email on receiving the submitted data, I mean, I would love to just click on Reply and not having to copy and paste the user email address..

I found a sort of hack here in this forum but so far I have no reply about it as it is no very clear

Is there a way to achieve it? I really need this option sorted out..anybody?
