no email

Hello All. I have set up my form to send results (including uploaded docs) to my email. However, only about 10-20% of the emails are received in my inbox. The rest of the emails do not make it to my inbox, yet the attached docs do appear in the designated "uploaded files path".

Is anyone else having a similiar issue of not receiving emails?
