Form can only be send once

I have a form that can only be send once by the same person/computer. Is this an option I can turn off?

I have the opposite problem to this. I want my users to only be able to submit a form once and not be allowed to do send in another one. How do I do this?

I have the same problem.
The form can only be sent once by the same user.
How can i change that?
