search result in ckform

first sorry for my poor english. I have a problem with CKform and I need your help.

I created a form under ckform as below :
name of the agency :
sector :

I register several entries but when I try to find a result in the datas with the search module of joomla, a message says : O entries

someone can help me? Thank you in advance
