Formular -> Generate PDF -> Accept -> Show PDF

Hello togehther,

i must program a web page but i have a litte problem with a formular.

i hope that i can use ckforms.

my problem is:

1. you must login to see the page
2. on this page you see a web formular or a pdf document...i dont know whats better
3. you fill out the formular and after you press the send button the webmaster wil get an email which he must confirm....after that the costumer will see the generated pdf which he can download...

but i dont know whats the best thing to make it

what you think its better? that the pdf will be generate on the server?

or do you think its easier to use an pdf formular ?

what do you think...is it easier to make a new webpage with php flash or whatever or use an cms system like joomla wordpress...?
