php mail function works, but ckforms does not send emails!

Hello,
PHP mail function works on my server, I even sent a mass email and it worked fine.

But I don't receive via email any submissions.
I made sure that "Email result:" is ticked and that valid emails are entered as recipients.

Is there a server setting that should be changed for it to work?!

What should I do!
This is really urgent, someone has to receive the submissions to their email and they are not. and I can't give them access to the control panel.

Any help is appreciated.

E-mail in the field "Mail to" from "CK Forms - E-mail" must coincide with tuning Joomla!: "Site - Global configuration - Server - Mail Settings - Mail from".
