drop down menus linked to external DB

I just installed CK Form...very nice and smooth contrib...works great
I need to know if it would be possible to link some drop down menus to an external DB
I have an existing form online that I would like to re-create and this form has 3 drop down menus populated by an external DB of products names. Based on the selection from the first drop down menu, then the other drop down menus show certain values.
It would be great if I could use it with CK Form and take advantage of the save data feature...

It is possible to report a field value from one form (after submit button) to a new One ?

I explain more : it's for creating relational database :

a hidden field (with unique ID) is the master key for other forms
