how can i view/download the uploaded file

Hi all,
I have created forms like:

1)name
2)email
3)password and
4)Upload

when i submit it displaying message as ur form is sent sucessfully.


how can view/download the files which are uploaded.


could any one help me please.

NOTE:right now i am workin in localserver.
