Can't insert custom result text get mod_mainmenu error

Fatal error: Call to a member function addAttribute() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/TravelSports.org/httpdocs/templates/jsn_epic_pro/html/mod_mainmenu/default.php on line 77

If I have any text in the result text box this is the message I get

Any Ideas?

If I leave blank the the program redirects to front page and displays "Form successfully sent "
