Getting back wrong data

System Info: CKF 1.3.3 Joomla 1.5.17 PHP 5.2.5 Apache 1.3.37

I installed CKF to let my community bet on the Soccer World Championship (they have to foretell the exact result of each game). So for the Preliminaries there are 48 x 2 fields ("text" / "number") I set up plus one field-seperator per game plus mail-adress, name etc. All in all about 150 fields in that one form. (see)

Unfortunately I soon had to realise, that neither in my databank the results are saved the way, my members put them in, nor do they get them back correctly in their confirmation-mail. Most of the results I get back are completely other, than the members gave them in.
But: There also seem to be bets that are ok.

Now:
I found out, that there are no more mistakes after field-ID 100.
From being 3-digit, the bets I'm getting are ok. Wrong results appear only inbetween ID's 1 and 99.

I tried to refresh both board- and browser-cache, tried IE 8 & FF 3.6 - always the same.

Does anybody have an idea, what might lead to such strange behaviour?
