Fill form via URL?

Hi,

I need to able to receive phonenumbers and names send to us (from our telecom operator). The numbers are delivered as a url like this: http://www.ex-tension.dk/telefon/index. ... forms?.....
CallBackNumber=99887766&CallFromNumber=22334455&name=Thorben&destination=203

The data could be placed in form fields and automatic saved to DB.

It this possible to do in CKforms... -if so, how do i do it?
