After testing the form homepage went blank!

Hello guys. Hopefully you could help me out on this one: I installed the component and everything went fine until I tested the form. After submitting it the homepage and all the root files are no longer there but any files within a category are fine. What could possibly cause that?

Hi,

in the CKForms backend and in the properties of your form, did you set someting for the property "Text result" or "Redirect URL" in the "Result" tab.

Yes, I set redirection to index.php but then removed it. However, it's not showing anything anyways. I uninstalled the component hoping it will sort out the problem but it changed nothing. What's my next move, please mate? Cheers.

Hi pedrino. There's not much to screenshot - it's just totally blank. And the code I get from the html file is this:

that's it. Doesn't make much sense. I guess you could pick up more info if you checked it out yourself. The site is www.rubler.com. The only area which is functional now is www.rubler.com/portfolio and www.rubler.com/contact.html.

seems to be a PHP server error. Could you go in your server installation et retreive the log file for PHP or Joomla ? Ast to your Host provider if you don't know ?

go in your Joomla Application and uninstall the CKforms Component and delete the Menu entry about your CKForms form you displayed.

Hi Pierre. Done that. No luck so far. You reckon there's any possibility to get out of this situation without reinstalling Joomla? Cheers mate.
