# character causes redirect problems

Hello,

I have a 1.3.4 form running in Joomla 1.5 and it works great except when a user submits form content containing the pound sign (this character: #) it breaks the redirect. Sometimes CKForms truncates the data and other times it just fails to format a proper GET request. If I don't use that character everything works just fine. But if someone does use that character everything breaks.

It feels like CK Forms is getting confused by the HTML or URL in terms of what # means and isn't encoding the URL correctly. But I don't know where I would change a setting like that.
