upload files not reaching recepient email.

Sir, I am trying to build a CK Form "Enquiry" on my joomla website.

I have given following field names.
Label Name Type
Company Name companyname text [text]
Your Name yourname text [text]
E-Mail email text [text]
Type Your Enquiry yourenquiry textarea
Upload Your File uploadfile fileupload
submit submit button


I tried searching the forums, read the documentation, but I am not successfull in getting the uploaded file getting emailed to the receipient email address that is defined in the form.

Further, I am also not able to print the user submitted data onto the website after user submits the form

Also The USER is not getting a confirmation of what he had submitted to his email id.

Please Guide.

I am using CKForms V1.3.4
