Exports as html not Csv

Hi,

I keep trying to export my information, but it continues to download as a file with and html extension. There is no option I can see to change this to make sure it is downloading as an .csv file.

I thought changing the extension might work, but when I change to a .csv file and open it in excel, the information is not formatted well.
