List all fields in formdata -report

Sorry but I'm not a big expert in php. I would like to make an extra data report which would include all the fields. I know that I could change the settings in the "inclule in the front end display", but I would like to save that to other purposes. My idea is that I could copy the existing php file and exclude the filtering parameters in the code and save that with a different name. I tried it but it did'nt work. Can you help me, please. And remember I a novice in the Joomla and php language.
