Data not saving, error message received

I've created a form with 103 fields and when I test it, I receive an error message which begins: "Problem with ( insert into #__ckforms_" and then lists all the data I input to the form.

Below is my result text, and the contents of the form are sent to me in an email (as I have set this up to do), however the data is not stored in the back end. I have set it up to 'save result' to the database.

I have saved the entire error message and can upload if it's of any use.
