Duplicate form does not change form title in header

I created a new form from an original form using "duplicate", and changed the form title in the duplicated form. When I link to the new form, the title name in the header of the duplicated form is still the title from the original form. Clicking "html" in the form will only give access to the html for the text in the "description" field. Is there any way to edit the title in the header information?
